When can I request reimbursement?
If, upon presentation of the documents requesting entry or stay in Italy, the foreign citizen has been denied entry or stay by the Authorities; the Insured Party will have the right to obtain a refund of the premium paid, upon presentation of the documentation certifying the denial.
How can I request reimbursement?
The Insured Party must write to the e-mail address:
sending a copy of:
- reason for requesting a refund;
- documentation certifying the denial;
- IBAN code of the insured Party.
