The reason is simple: contributory and remunerative benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main purpose of this type of contract is the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.waitaly.net\/en\/convenzioni-con-i-partners\/convenzioni-per-corsi-di-formazione-e-lingua\/\">training<\/a><\/strong> and integration of young people under the age of 29 into the world of work and the reintegration of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.insuranceitaly.it\/zh-hans\/news\/the-unemployment-benefit\/\">unemployed<\/a><\/strong>, without age limit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The apprenticeship contract provides for a period of training both inside and outside the company, at the end of which the contract is transformed into a permanent one if neither party withdraws before the deadline. Also known as &#8220;mixed cause&#8221; as the apprentice is compensated for his performance not only with a salary but also with training knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Types of apprenticeship contract<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are three types of apprenticeship contracts which differ in duration and remuneration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>apprenticeship for professional qualification,<\/li><li>professionalizing apprenticeship or trade contract,<\/li><li>advanced training and research apprenticeship.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, they are accumulated by the rights enjoyed by the hired workers, those dictated by the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.insuranceitaly.it\/zh-hans\/news\/national-collective-agreement\/\">CCNL<\/a><\/strong>, such as sickness, maternity, social safety nets, holidays, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.insuranceitaly.it\/zh-hans\/news\/nhs-and-insurance-the-advantages-of-health-insurance-policies\/\">insurance<\/a> <\/strong>against accidents at work, illnesses (including occupational), <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.insuranceitaly.it\/zh-hans\/news\/civil-invalidity\/\">invalidity<\/a><\/strong>, allowance for family unit etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Foreign apprentices<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The apprenticeship is still considered a subordinate employment contract and therefore gives young <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.waitaly.net\/en\/\">foreign citizens<\/a><\/strong> who are legally <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.waitaly.net\/2021\/02\/22\/il-soggiorno-degli-stranieri-in-italia-la-dichiarazione-di-presenza\/\">residing in Italy<\/a> <\/strong>the opportunity to apply for or <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.insuranceitaly.it\/zh-hans\/news\/is-it-possible-to-convert-my-residence-permit\/\">convert<\/a><\/strong> their <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.waitaly.net\/en\/pacchetti-welcome\/cittadino-extra-ue-richiedente-permesso-di-soggiorno\/\">residence permit<\/a><\/strong> into one for <strong>&#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.insuranceitaly.it\/zh-hans\/news\/foreign-worker-heres-how-to-get-your-permit\/\">subordinate work<\/a>&#8220;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apprentices are beneficiaries of the protections provided for by the law against unlawful dismissal or without just cause or justified reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>The apprenticeship contract is &#8220;a permanent employment contract aimed at training and employment of young people<strong>&#8220;.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Art. 41 of Legislative Decree 81\/2015<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Statistically speaking, the use of this type of contact [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":18228,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1,646],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-18231","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-non-categorizzato","category-news"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.6 -
