The Council of Ministers approved the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gazzettaufficiale.it\/eli\/id\/2020\/05\/16\/20G00051\/sg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"law decree (apre in una nuova scheda)\">law decree<\/a> on May 15 that will allow travel to and from abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gazzettaufficiale.it\/eli\/id\/2020\/05\/16\/20G00051\/sg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"decree law (apre in una nuova scheda)\">decree law<\/a> outlines the national regulatory framework within which, <strong>from 18 May to 31 July 2020<\/strong>, <strong>the movement of individuals<\/strong> and the methods of carrying out economic, production and social activities <strong>may be governed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>possibility of entering Italy<\/strong> from the countries of the European Union, the Schengen area including Switzerland and Monaco will be provided from June 3, therefore <strong>those who have their relatives in Italy will be able to return to meet them without having to carry out the quarantine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In fact, from that date, for those who cross national\nborders, the mandatory quarantine with isolation of 14 days will no longer be\nprovided. A measure that aims to resume the tourist flow in view of the summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/index_es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (apre in una nuova scheda)\">European Commission<\/a> in these hours is committed to coordinating the reopening of the borders of all <a href=\"https:\/\/europa.eu\/european-union\/about-eu\/countries_es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (apre in una nuova scheda)\">EU countries<\/a>, will be the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"U.E. for diseases  (apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ecdc.europa.eu\/en\" target=\"_blank\">U.E. for diseases <\/a>to map the European territory and to block the flow of travelers between areas with a high density of contagion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The European Union hopes that other countries will follow\nItaly&#8217;s example by opening their borders on June 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is certain that at least until June 15 all external\nEuropean borders, that is with the rest of the world, will remain closed. The\nEuropean Commission in these days will have to decide whether to lift the\nblockade or prolong it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Italian government is facing a delicate phase: avoiding\nthe construction of tourist corridors that exclude Italy.
