Here&#8217;s how to get your Permit"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entry into Italy for work is done within the entry quotas established annually with the <a href=\"https:\/\/nullaostalavoro.dlci.interno.it\/Ministero\/Index2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"flow decree (apre in una nuova scheda)\">flow decree<\/a>. <strong>The flows decree provides that foreign non-EU citizens can enter Italy for subordinate, autonomous and seasonal work.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insuranceitaly.it\/es\/news\/who-can-collect-the-residence-permit\/?lang=es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"residence permit (apre in una nuova scheda)\">residence permit<\/a> is issued by the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"police headquarters of the province (apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/questure.poliziadistato.it\/en\" target=\"_blank\">police headquarters of the province<\/a> in which the foreigner is located after the conclusion of the residence contract for work. <strong>The duration of the document is indicated in the employment contract <\/strong>but in general it cannot exceed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 9 months for one or more seasonal work contracts;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 1 year for fixed-term subordinate employment contracts;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 2 years for permanent employment contracts and for\nresidence permits for self-employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>There are 3 general requirements for obtaining a residence permit:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. possession of an <strong>entry visa<\/strong>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. the <strong>regularity of entry<\/strong> which is established by the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Consolidation Act on immigration (apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.insuranceitaly.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/insurance-italy-testo-unico-su-immigrazione.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Consolidation Act on immigration<\/a>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. the presentation of the <strong>residence permit application within 8 working days of entry.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The<strong> costs of the residence permit<\/strong> for work are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 cost of the electronic residence permit of <strong>\u20ac 30.46 + possible contribution<\/strong>. The payment is unique, just use a single current account bulletin available in all <a href=\"https:\/\/www.poste.it\/cerca\/index.html#\/vieni-in-poste\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"post offices (apre in una nuova scheda)\">post offices<\/a>;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 <strong>\u20ac 30.00<\/strong> to be paid directly to the operator of the post office when the application is submitted for sending the request to the competent Police Headquarters;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 <strong>\u20ac 16.00<\/strong> for the revenue stamp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With regard to the <strong>contribution, the amounts to be paid<\/strong> are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 <strong>\u20ac 70.46<\/strong> for the issue and renewal of residence permits with <strong>a duration of more than 3 months and less than or equal to one year<\/strong>;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 <strong>\u20ac 80.46<\/strong> for the issue and renewal of residence permits with <strong>a duration of more than one year and less than or equal to two years<\/strong>;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 <strong>\u20ac 130.46 <\/strong>for the issue of the residence permit<strong> for long-term residents, managers and skilled workers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The foreign citizen who enters Italy for work reasons is <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"obligatorily registered with the N.H.S.
